Exchange/Refund for Domestic Shipping
- If you receive a damaged product, we will provide you the replacement. If the same product is not available, we will provide you with a credit note which may be used for future purchases. However, we do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.
- Report us the problem within 12 hours of product delivery with the images of damaged or wrong product deliveredalong with the original packing to the email id deepadrozatradingllc@gmail.com
- Upon authorization of returns from the respective brands, we will offer you replacementdepending upon the product availability.
- Please send the returns via reputed courier services and email deepadrozatradingllc@gmail.com the courier receipt within 24 hours after the product is reported to be defective. If the product is not shipped back within 24 hours, exchange will not be accepted.
- When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slip, etc) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered. This will avoid damage to the return product.
Exchange for International Shipping
- Report to us the problem within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery with the images of damaged or wrong product delivered to the email id deepadrozatradingllc@gmail.comUpon authorization of returns, we will offer you a credit note that may be used on our site.
- All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense. Credit note will be processed after the product is returned to our office.
- When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slips..etc) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered . This will avoid damage to the return product.
- Sometimes, your package might be open and product seal broken for customs checking depending upon the rules and regulations of the country, this will not be considered as damaged product. If you receive tampered package, please kindly mention the same on the delivery acknowledgement copy and reach out the courier service. - Exchange of product is not allowed for International Shipping.
We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons
- There might be slight variations in the colour tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device.
- Handmade jewellery may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.
- If the jewellery’s quality, physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
- If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
- If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
- If the product is shopped on sale price.
- Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
- Kindly ensure you are fully aware of the product details before you place an order.
